You are welcome to drop off anytime during our business hours on their schedule arrival day. Please try to drop off at the latest a half hour before our closing time. We would like to spend some time with your pets to help them adapt to our facility and staff.
We do offer special pick-up/drop-off hours if you are unavailable during regular business hours. Arrangements must be made with staff at time of reservation.

Charges for Special Drop offs and Pickups During Non-Business Hours
Customers must prepay for special pick-ups at check-in:
- Regular Rate $25.00 fee added per pet
- Holiday Rate $25.00 fee added per pet
- $5.00 fee for early non-business hour daycare drop-off
- Country Fest & Rock Fest $25.00 fee added per pet
